Our Support Services:
Support is provided in person, by phone, or via email (including anonymously)
Information on the issues mentioned above and the relevant legal framework
Assistance with decision-making and long-term support for a life free from violence and full of self-determination
Assistance and guidance in dealing with government agencies and public offices (Immigration Office, Job Center, Police, Youth Welfare Office, BAMF, Court…)
Referrals to German language and integration courses
Counseling and support in finding vocational training and employment
Concrete assistance and support with integration in Germany
Referrals for medical and psychotherapeutic treatment
Referrals to attorneys (immigration law, criminal law, divorce, child support, custody, etc.)
Counseling and long-term support for (victim) witnesses in human trafficking cases; referral to a specialized attorney for representation as a civil party
Prevention programs for students on the topics of healthy relationships, the “loverboy” method, forced marriage, and violence committed in the so-called “name of honor”
Networking and Public Relations:
Lectures, interviews, and articles addressing the issues faced by foreign women in Germany who are affected by human trafficking, prostitution, or other situations of violence.
Participation in expert discussions and conferences on our key areas of work, both regionally and nationally.
Collaboration with other (women’s) counseling centers, equal opportunity officers, associations, and institutions in Germany and abroad.
Participation in and contribution to expert discussions and the NRW network for victims of human trafficking and forced prostitution.
